What areas do you cover?
Brampton, Mississauga, Caledon, Bolton, Vaughan, Woodbridge, Toronto and Etobicoke, with most sites in Peel Region. Contracts are grouped into service regions so equipment is staged close to your property before a storm.
Is your snow removal residential or commercial?
Snow removal and property maintenance are commercial and industrial only. Sodding, landscaping and hardscaping are available to both residential and commercial clients.
Are you insured?
We carry $5 million commercial general liability insurance and WSIB coverage. Certificates of insurance and WSIB clearance are issued to your organization with every proposal.
Do you subcontract the work?
No. Our own crews run our own machines. The people on your property in January are the people who walked it in October.
How soon can you quote a property?
Send the address and we will book a site visit. Winter contracts are best set up before the season starts, because the site walk and the written service plan happen before the first snowfall, not during it.
Do you respond to tenders and RFPs?
Yes. Email your RFP or bid documents to info@aaalandscaping.ca and we will return a complete submission with insurance, WSIB clearance, equipment list, references and health and safety policy.
