Commercial Snow Removal
In Mississauga
Plowing, salting, sidewalks and grounds maintenance for industrial, retail, condominium and office property across Mississauga, from a yard twenty minutes up Highway 410.
Mississauga Is Four Different Winter Problems
Mississauga is not one property type. The Airport Corporate Centre and the Gateway lands behind Pearson are tight office and hotel sites with constant traffic. The Dixie, Britannia and Meadowvale employment areas are large industrial yards with trailers parked overnight. Heartland is high-volume retail. City Centre is towers, garage ramps and resident parking.
Each of those needs a different machine and a different time of night. We clear the industrial yards around shift changes, the retail lots before the stores open, and the condominium ramps and walkways first, because the people on those properties are walking to their cars in the dark.
The other difference is the weather. Mississauga sits low and close to Lake Ontario, so it gets more freezing rain and wet, heavy snow than the north end of Peel, and more freeze-thaw cycles through the season. Ice control matters as much here as plowing does.

How A Mississauga Site Runs
Site Map
We walk the property before the season and mark the clearing order, the pile locations, the catch basins and anything that must not be hit.
Dispatch
Crews go out on the forecast, not on your phone call. Lake-effect and freezing rain events get an earlier start than a dry snowfall.
Records
Every plow, salt and site check is logged and GPS tracked. The record is yours for your files and for any insurance inquiry.
