Snow Relocation
And Hauling
When on-site storage fills, we stack, relocate or truck the snow off the property so you are not losing parking for the rest of the winter.
When Snow Has To Move
Most properties have room to pile two or three storms. After that the piles start taking parking spaces, blocking sightlines at exits and covering the drains that everything has to melt into.
We track how much storage is left through the season and raise it with you before it becomes a problem, rather than the week the lot runs out of room in February.
Depending on the site, that means consolidating the piles with a loader, relocating snow to a different part of the property, or loading it into tandem dump trucks and taking it off site entirely.

How A Relocation Works
| Stage | What happens | Recorded |
|---|---|---|
| Capacity check | Pile volume and remaining storage reviewed after each major event. | Noted on the site report |
| On-site consolidation | A loader stacks and squares the existing piles to recover ground before anything is trucked. | Visit logged |
| Relocation | Snow is moved to an agreed overflow area on the property, clear of drains and traffic. | Visit logged |
| Loading and hauling | Loaders and blowers load tandem dump trucks for removal from the site. | Load count per truck |
| Disposal | Snow is taken to an approved disposal location. | Destination on file |
| Spring clean-up | Sand, grit and debris left where piles sat are swept and removed. | Completion recorded |
How It Is Scheduled
Monitoring
Storage capacity is reviewed after every significant storm, not just when it runs out. You get told before the lot is full.
On-Site First
Consolidating and relocating within the property is cheaper than hauling, so that comes first wherever there is room for it.
Hauling Off Site
When there is nowhere left, trucks are scheduled for your quietest hours so the work does not take parking during the day.
